UV Marble Wall Panel High Gloss PVC Cladding Waterproof Interior Decoration Board

We offer two substrate options depending on the project: E1 grade MDF for interior dry areas, and waterproof PVC core for bathrooms, kitchens, and high-humidity zones. The MDF version uses carb P2 compliant board with formaldehyde emission below 0.5mg/L — safe enough for bedrooms and children's rooms. The PVC core is completely waterproof, termite-proof, and doesn't swell even when directly exposed to water. Both substrates go through a flatness check before UV coating; any panel with more than 0.3mm warp across a 1220mm width gets rejected and reprocessed.

Standard panel sizes run 1220mm × 2440mm (4×8ft) and 1220mm × 2800mm for higher ceilings, with thickness options from 3mm PVC sheets up to 18mm MDF boards. Custom lengths up to 3200mm are available on container orders. For export, each panel is protected with a peel-off protective film on the gloss surface to prevent scratches during shipping, then stacked on pallets with foam corner guards and shrink-wrapped. A 20ft container holds roughly 1800–2200㎡ depending on thickness. We've shipped to over 30 countries - Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa, Eastern Europe - and know how to pack for rough port handling and long sea voyages without arriving damaged.

The panels install over almost any flat substrate - concrete, brick, drywall, even old tile walls that you don't want to demolish. Two methods: adhesive bonding for a permanent flush finish, or a hidden aluminum clip system that allows individual panel removal later if needed. A typical 20㎡ feature wall takes one installer about three to four hours from unpacking to finished result. No sanding, no priming, no waiting between coats. The panels come pre-finished from the factory, so what you see in the sample is exactly what goes on the wall - no on-site color variation, no painter skill dependency.
